Exercise Today
Usually, in recent decades, general people use a car to go place and they work sitting down. They also need more physical activities. They spend a lot of time watching TV or playing videogames. People need to exercise regularly, Seal (1997) on “Exercise” says, exercise can help the body’s immune system and decrease heart disease. Instead of that, a large number of people still don’t exercise regularly because exercise includes a little psychological pain.
According to Seal, exercise is good the healthy, but People don’t do enough physical activity. They go to their work place by car everyday, they work standing or sitting the whole day. They don’t have to go to a stadium to watch basketball games, baseball games and football games because they can watch in their home with a TV. Nowadays, American society has began an exercise boom. Researchers at Harvard and Stanford found that people who exercise regularly live longer than others. Exercise can reduce many diseases. First, regular exercise can break down different form of cholesterols. Second, exercise can improve weight. Third, exercise has psychological benefits and help to relieve depression. And Exercise increase people’s general sense of well-being. Exercise’s effects are healthier than smoking and drinking to reduce stress. Nowadays, despite the physical fitness boom, many people still don’t exercise regularly because exercise includes physical fatigue. So some researcher to find program that can make exercise easy and fun.
A large number of people don’t exercise because of some reasons. Those are a time problem, annoyance and physical fatigue from exercise. They know that exercise is a good way for their health. Exercise can build one’s immune system and reduce many diseases. Sometimes, people who have a heart disease don’t exercise too much because it’s bad for their heart.
